I've lived in St. Augustine for 12 years, and Le Pavillion has always been #1. The best onion soup I have ever had, and never once disappointed by an entree. Service is impeccable. Enjoys the Mobil Guide's 3-star rating, and with a little more flash (a tasting menu?) would easily warrant a fourth star.
